Making a Return
In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return the items to our office. We offer a full refund in the form of a Gift Card. To be eligible for a gift card refund, all items must be in the same condition as you received them.
Please note that all sale items, any items that state final sale in the product description, and undergarments are not eligible for a refund. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours and will be refunded via gift card. We cannot make exceptions for late returns as sellers will be paid after the return window.
How to Make a Return
Returns must be received within 7 calendar days of receiving your order in mail* or within 10 calendar days of receiving the pick up confirmation email for in-store order pickup orders.
*In the case of a failed delivery attempt by the courier, please note that the 7 day return period will start from the date the order is available for pick up at the courier's office.
If returns are received after the eligible return period, they will be automatically added for sale under your seller account.

Ship us your returns to our Singapore office. Please send us the tracking number via email at hellosg@retykle.com. Kindly note we cannot cover the returns shipping cost at this time.
After we receive your package, we will verify the items and process a refund via e-gift card (valid for 1 year from the date of issue) within 7 business days.
